How it Works

I adore Cambodian food, national cuisine of Cambodia. It reflects the varied culinary traditions of different ethnic groups in Cambodia, central of which is Khmer cuisine. Many centuries, Cambodian cuisine has incorporated elements of Indian, Chinese and Portuguese cuisines. Due to some of these shared influences and mutual interaction, Cambodian food has many similarities with Thailand, and Southern Vietnam and to a lesser extent also Central Vietnam, Northeastern Thailand and Laos. Overall Cambodian food is very unique full of flavors. People often wonder why we have such a heavy breakfast, rice plate it’s because many people back in the days, need their meal before going to work! They would work all day and sometime nights without eating! I grew up eating whatever my parents made and thank you to the man up there! I love it! I have introduced it to my non Khmer friends and they would come over all the time just to eat!! Every dish I make is always full of love! I love to cook, and it is definitely my love language!
